Edcom offers public room access from the Kitchener, London and now Windsor offices, starting from $200 per hour. In the case of overseas calls the room is available extended evening hours or weekends for $300.00 per hour.

The main boardroom can hold 12 people comfortably. We can also host larger groups of up to 30 people (please call for pricing). The clients have access to a Smartboard, a document camera as and a scan converter to make P.C. presentations a seamless part of your presentation. Just give us a call for a booking.

Edcom is a Tandberg dealer however we do have access to Polycom products as well. Installations of full video conferencing suites or portable roll-a-round systems are available. Allow Edcom to come out and consult on the latest in "real-time" visual solutions in both ISDN or I.P. based systems.
